Platform Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Software Engineer to design and build secure, scalable systems for global applications and APIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and automate secure, highly available systems on AWS using Terraform and modern DevOps practices
• Embed security and auditability into all builds, ensuring compliance with data protection standards
• Improve observability, incident response, and system performance for a fast and resilient platform

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in infrastructure development and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using AWS and Terraform
• 2+ years of software development experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Golang, or Bash
• 1+ years of experience building and maintaining DevOps pipelines with tools such as GitHub Actions
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with observability and data tools like Datadog and Amazon CloudWatch
• Solid understanding of security fundamentals and best practices, including Least Privilege and Zero Trust principles
