Job Summary

A company is looking for a Policy Admin Leader (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the IT policy administration systems team, aligning IT strategy with business goals
  • Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of policy administration systems, implementing automation and DevSecOps practices
  • Integrate AI technologies to enhance policy administration processes and manage cloud infrastructure for scalability and security


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 10-15 years of experience in a technology organization, with 5+ years in a leadership role managing complex software projects
  • 5+ years of experience with Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, and API frameworks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience presenting to executive leadership on program delivery and status
  • Experience in the Specialty Insurance or Commercial Insurance industry preferred
