Key Responsibilities
- Manage the external PR agency relationship and oversee daily deliverables
- Draft and edit blogs, case studies, and lead-generation assets while ensuring content aligns with brand messaging and SEO best practices
- Coordinate media interviews, award submissions, and speaking opportunities, while monitoring coverage and reporting on media performance
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in PR, content marketing, or communications, preferably in SaaS or edtech sectors
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally and managing external vendors
- Familiarity with AI, PR tools, content management systems, and SEO is a plus
