Key Responsibilities
- Support the design or modification of business and IT systems
- Gather, document, and analyze business needs and technical requirements
- Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of related experience in a Business Analyst role
- Understanding of public and private cloud services, including UCaaS and CCaaS
- Knowledge of contact center technologies such as ACD, IVR, and VoIP
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
