Key Responsibilities

• Support the design or modification of business and IT systems
• Gather, document, and analyze business needs and technical requirements
• Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of related experience in a Business Analyst role
• Understanding of public and private cloud services, including UCaaS and CCaaS
• Knowledge of contact center technologies such as ACD, IVR, and VoIP
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
