Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Population Health.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and iterate payer ROI models and innovate new pricing strategies
• Lead the data-science roadmap for risk scoring and publish quarterly outcomes dossiers
• Support the Commercial team on key account sales and expansions, delivering actuarial justification

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, with at least 5 years in health plan or Risk-Bearing provider roles
• 50M scale
• Deep knowledge of Stars, HEDIS, RAF, MA bids, and value-based contracting
• Strong data analysis skills with a focus on quantitative and qualitative research
• Executive presence with payer leadership and provider systems
