Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and technical leadership for AI Engineering initiatives
• Lead collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to develop AI-driven solutions that integrate into clinical practice
• Establish evaluation methodologies and performance metrics for assessing AI solutions in healthcare settings

Required Qualifications

• A master's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, health science, or a related field with 7 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree with 9 years of relevant experience
• Extensive experience (7+ years) applying AI and machine learning in production healthcare environments
• Demonstrated leadership in managing complex projects and fostering collaboration across diverse teams
• Expertise in cloud infrastructure and software development tools
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare domain, including clinical workflows and regulatory requirements
