Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal, Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Fulfillment leadership to enhance performance and process improvements
• Lead strategic planning and execution for Fulfillment functions, defining roadmaps and overseeing initiatives
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to implement solutions that improve borrower experience and operational KPIs

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in the mortgage industry with knowledge of multiple mortgage functions
• Proven track record of identifying and executing cross-functional strategies
• Proficiency in Encompass, Salesforce, and Tableau preferred
• Experience in leveraging data and analytics for decision-making
• Experience working with product and engineering teams to deploy technology solutions is desirable
