Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Fulfillment leadership to enhance performance and process improvements
- Lead strategic planning and execution for Fulfillment functions, defining roadmaps and overseeing initiatives
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to implement solutions that improve borrower experience and operational KPIs
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in the mortgage industry with knowledge of multiple mortgage functions
- Proven track record of identifying and executing cross-functional strategies
- Proficiency in Encompass, Salesforce, and Tableau preferred
- Experience in leveraging data and analytics for decision-making
- Experience working with product and engineering teams to deploy technology solutions is desirable
