Principal Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Consultant, EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate high-impact virtual and hybrid engagements for enterprise customers
• Coach senior leaders and teams on collaboration, facilitation, and workflow transformation
• Collaborate with various internal teams to connect customer insights to product direction

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success, consulting, facilitation, or experience design roles within SaaS or digital collaboration environments
• Demonstrated success in leading multi-stakeholder projects and designing workshops
• Deep experience with facilitation, design thinking, and systems change
• Strong executive presence with the ability to engage VP+ stakeholders
• Experience working cross-functionally with CSMs, Sales, Product, and R&D
