Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of analytics experience with critical thinking skills
• Experience in the healthcare insurance industry with medical claims data
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Pivot Tables
• Beginner proficiency in coding with SQL, Snowflake, or similar tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
