Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Subject Matter Expert (SME) to bridge client operations and automation delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with analysts and architects to identify and translate business processes into automation opportunities
- Engage with clients and leadership to present automation strategies and facilitate discussions
- Document use cases and success metrics, and approve Process Design Documents (PDD) before bot development
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle operations across front-end, mid-cycle, and back-end functions
- 4+ years of experience supporting initiatives in similar operational areas
- 3+ years in a consulting or client-facing role focused on process improvement and automation
- Experience in facilitating workshops and documenting use cases for automation opportunities
- Proven ability to present to executive leadership and create high-level documentation for automation initiatives
