Job Summary
A company is looking for a Healthcare Process Improvement Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and facilitate process development for new contracts and service lines, and process improvement projects
- Analyze workflow and system needs, and manage process improvement initiatives and projects
- Create standardized materials and assist in delivering training on Lean and process improvement methodologies
Required Qualifications
- Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement/change management certification
- Registered Nurse
- Minimum of seven years of professional experience in healthcare operations
- Minimum of four years of healthcare quality and/or process improvement experience
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
