Registered Nurse Process Improvement Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Healthcare Process Improvement Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and facilitate process development for new contracts and service lines, and process improvement projects
• Analyze workflow and system needs, and manage process improvement initiatives and projects
• Create standardized materials and assist in delivering training on Lean and process improvement methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement/change management certification
• Registered Nurse
• Minimum of seven years of professional experience in healthcare operations
• Minimum of four years of healthcare quality and/or process improvement experience
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
