Key Responsibilities

• Establish and develop the Design Technology practice, setting vision and best practices for prototyping and tooling
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Design Technologists, fostering technical excellence and innovation
• Drive adoption of advanced prototyping methods and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align design technology strategy with business goals

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading a high-performing design or design technology domain
• Deep expertise in design technology, prototyping, and front-end development (React, React Native, Swift, Angular, Python)
• Advanced proficiency in building and debugging interactive prototypes that leverage open APIs
• Experience with AI/ML in design and inclusive design practices
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and influence senior stakeholders
