Principal Digital Experience Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal DEX Solutions Architect to provide strategic guidance and architectural designs for the Digital Employee Experience team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and architectural leadership for DEX platforms, focusing on emerging technologies
• Act as a technical lead in DEX engagements, offering thought leadership and best practices
• Assess and prototype generative and agentic AI technologies to enhance ITSM and DEX processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum eight years of experience in IT roles of increasing responsibility
• Minimum five years of ServiceNow consulting experience with large-scale implementations
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship
• Master's degree and relevant ServiceNow certifications preferred
