Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage web initiatives to enhance user experience and drive engagement on the company website
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance Customer Growth Engine projects and optimize web technologies
- Analyze website data to identify optimization opportunities and support website audits for performance improvement
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in digital marketing focused on marketing websites
- At least 2 years of experience in product-led growth programs
- Minimum of 4 years managing web transformation projects or website redesigns
- Hands-on experience with enterprise-level Content Management Systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager
- Experience in creating reports using website analytics platforms and interpreting data for decision-making
