Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards and reports using data visualization tools
- Collect and consolidate HR data from multiple sources to create automated reports
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights to senior leadership
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or business intelligence
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Data Science, or related field
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables and Macros
- Experience with HR data systems like HRIS, ATS, or LMS
