Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards and reports using data visualization tools
• Collect and consolidate HR data from multiple sources to create automated reports
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or business intelligence
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Data Science, or related field
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Proficient in Excel, including Pivot Tables and Macros
• Experience with HR data systems like HRIS, ATS, or LMS
