Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with B2B offerings
• Experience in defining, launching, and scaling successful products with proven business impact
• Strong analytical skills with experience in building customer-facing analytics products
• Experience working with large datasets and translating data insights into products
• Ability to engage with senior leaders on talent benchmarking and workforce analytics
