Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager with real estate expertise and knowledge of CRE finance or operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy by shaping the product roadmap based on real estate investment and operational workflows
• Develop features that support financial decision-making, including property valuation and risk assessment
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand analytical needs and guide data product development for investment-grade insights

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years in product management with a successful track record of B2B products
• Strong real estate finance background with hands-on experience in deal analysis and property valuation
• Experience in risk assessment and investment decision-making processes
• Operational experience in property and portfolio management
• Background in real estate investment, commercial lending, or capital markets is preferred
