Principal SDET Tech Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal SDET Tech Lead who will lead a team of SDETs to deliver high-quality applications through effective automation testing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of SDETs on QA processes and automation strategies
• Collaborate with development and product teams to integrate quality processes into the SDLC
• Design and implement robust automation frameworks and testing strategies to enhance testing efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of application testing or development experience
• 3+ years of experience leading testing teams
• Hands-on experience with automation tools and frameworks
• Familiarity with Agile Development methodologies
