Principal Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Security Applied Field Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and architecture of secure, scalable customer workflow solutions tailored to financial services clients
• Act as a subject matter expert on financial services regulations, advising clients on compliance strategies
• Lead complex pre-sales engagements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver proofs of concept and technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution consulting, or information security, with at least 5 years in the financial services sector
• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow Now Platform, including ITSM and integration development
• Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Snowflake) and data technologies
• Deep understanding of regulatory and audit requirements in financial services (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS, SOX, FINRA)
