Job Summary

A company is looking for a Maximo Lead to support federal customer initiatives through the implementation of IBM Maximo.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of IBM Maximo across multiple national sites
• Develop and enforce standardized processes, configurations, and workflows for NCMMS
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience with IBM Maximo, including large-scale implementations
• Proven track record of leading enterprise-wide CMMS deployments
• Strong understanding of asset management and maintenance operations
• Experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) and automation scripting
