Process Consultant IV

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Consultant IV for a one-year consulting engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Interviewing and creating business process maps while providing team feedback
• Documenting processes consistently and identifying requirements for business processes and technologies
• Collaborating across the organization to achieve business goals and leveraging various methodologies for process improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field AND 5+ years of experience in a process design/redesign role OR 8+ years in a technical role
• Advanced knowledge of internal business processes
• Experience with Agile methodology and Visio
• Experience with Workday or similar SaaS vendor implementation
• Proficient in end-to-end process diagramming with Bluworks life
