Lead ADP WFM Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead ADP Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery workshops to capture business requirements and workforce policies
• Lead solution design and configuration within ADP Workforce Manager, ensuring compliance with labor laws and client requirements
• Document business and technical requirements and oversee testing efforts

Required Qualifications

• 9+ years of hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Manager (WFM)
• Proven track record in leading WFM implementations
• Experience with SIT, UAT, and payroll validation
• Solid understanding of compliance, union rules, and workforce policies
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills
