Senior Manager of Optimal Practice

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Optimal Practice, Sr Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional team and projects while serving as an expert and mentor
• Anticipate customer needs and develop proactive solutions, including identifying automation opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvement initiatives and review work for recommendations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Proven experience as an RCM leader or in a similar supportive role
• Solid client-facing experience and knowledge of RCM front, middle, and back areas
• Proficiency in using a PC in a Windows environment, including Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Records
