Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth coordination and execution of departmental processes, including system configuration and workflow optimization
• Collaborate with various departments to analyze and resolve clinical performance issues and enhance service delivery
• Manage essential data sources and support advanced reporting initiatives in partnership with the Analytics team

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years' experience in healthcare administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with Salesforce and/or Tableau
• Knowledge of clinical workflows and regulatory standards
