Process Enablement Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Enablement Senior Manager to join their Process Innovation Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Process Directors to develop and execute roll-out and adoption plans for solutions
• Partner with business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new processes and co-create mitigation strategies
• Support change management efforts and monitor adoption metrics to refine approaches

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement, change management, or business transformation
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority
• Experience designing and delivering training programs to diverse audiences
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Green Belt/Black Belt certification preferred; Lean Six Sigma and ADKAR change management experience a plus
