Job Summary
A company is looking for a Process Enablement Senior Manager to join their Process Innovation Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Process Directors to develop and execute roll-out and adoption plans for solutions
- Partner with business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of new processes and co-create mitigation strategies
- Support change management efforts and monitor adoption metrics to refine approaches
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement, change management, or business transformation
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authority
- Experience designing and delivering training programs to diverse audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Green Belt/Black Belt certification preferred; Lean Six Sigma and ADKAR change management experience a plus
