Job Summary

A company is looking for a Processing Specialist, Inland Marine.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviews and processes complex incoming business transactions for multiple lines of business
• Trains and guides less experienced staff in processing and policy service
• Communicates effectively with branches and underwriting to resolve discrepancies and follow up on incomplete information

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of insurance transaction processing experience, including at least 1 year in commercial lines
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and its products
• Experience with proprietary rating and policy administration systems
• Ability to manage workflow activities based on line of business
