Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate closing activities with various stakeholders and resolve related issues

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of mortgage closing experience with knowledge of various loan products
• Direct experience closing loans with state-specific Down Payment Assistance (DPA) programs
• Strong understanding of TRID, RESPA, and compliance regulations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Experience in collaborating with internal staff, title companies, and borrowers
