A company is looking for a Repair Vendor Performance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and repair vendors, ensuring alignment with operational standards
- Track vendor performance against metrics, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring quality standards are met
- Conduct regular audits of vendor operations and generate performance reports for internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- College degree and 4-6 years of professional level experience, including 1-3 years of supervisory experience, or equivalent experience
- Previous customer service and call center experience
- Familiarity with consumer internet/broadband repair services
- Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and developing strategic initiatives
