Job Summary

A company is looking for a Large Loss Property Claims Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of adjusters handling a mix of accounts and lines of business, including general liability and commercial property
• Monitor and analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for process improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate fraudulent claims and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active insurance adjuster's license from a designated home state
• Bachelor's degree in insurance, business administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
• 10+ years of insurance claims management experience in multiple lines of business, preferably in commercial property and large loss claims
• 5+ years of management experience, preferably in a remote environment
• Demonstrated commitment to quality, accuracy, and ethics in handling sensitive information
