Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Clinical Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic oversight of telehealth and clinical operations to meet growth and service delivery goals
• Lead multi-disciplinary clinical and support teams, ensuring accountability for workflows and compliance
• Develop and implement standards and processes to enhance clinical operations and ensure regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading clinical operations in a healthcare or telemedicine setting
• In-depth knowledge of EHRs, automation, and digital health tools
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple states or regions
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements
• Preferred clinical background with 3+ years of direct clinical care experience (e.g., RN, RD, pharmacist)
