Job Summary
A company is looking for a Digital Transportation Coordinator to manage parcel delivery processes in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and submit parcel shipment proof of deliveries (PODs) to internal systems
- Handle guest-requested address reroutes and collaborate with guest services to resolve transportation issues
- Manage shipment exceptions and track daily exceptions to ensure timely resolution
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Logistics, Distribution, or Supply Chain environment
- Proficiency in SAP and Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is preferred
- Experience in vendor/carrier management and process improvement is advantageous
- Strong analytical skills and a self-motivated attitude
- Comfortable with learning new software and systems
