Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement FM strategy to maintain client relationships
• Provide operational leadership and manage facility operations across multiple sites
• Oversee operational budgets and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience in projects or maintenance and operations
• Strong IFM operational budgeting skills
• Experience in contract administration
• Knowledge of engineering and preventive maintenance
• Understanding of quality assurance and regulatory audits
