CPFR Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CPFR Manager (Retail Forecasting and Replenishment Manager).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead collaborative demand planning and forecasting with retail partners to align on product demand and promotional strategies
• Manage inventory replenishment processes to ensure optimal stock levels and reduce supply chain disruptions
• Utilize data analytics to track CPFR KPIs and improve operational efficiencies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or related field
• 4-5 years of experience in retail operations, supply chain management, or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of CPFR methodologies and tools, with experience in demand planning and inventory management
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, particularly with Excel and analytics tools
• Familiarity with retail ERP and forecasting tools (e.g., Blue Yonder, SAP, Oracle) is preferred
