Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Commercial Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial strategy and execution for data center projects, including contract negotiations and pricing strategies
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for commercial issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop commercial proposals and pricing models, while monitoring project budgets and financial performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Commercial Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in commercial management, focusing on construction, real estate, or data center projects
• Strong understanding of commercial principles, contract law, and risk management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial modeling software
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) is a plus
