Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Process Analyst
- BPI certification (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
- Experience with process mapping and project management tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Power Platform
