A company is looking for an Operations Training Partner to lead training and coaching initiatives within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees Team Member and Manager training execution within the assigned territory
- Partners with Area Directors on post-New Shack Opening action planning and develops Trainers for growth
- Documents Shack visits and provides feedback on training and operations system execution
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or related work experience
- 3-5 years of work experience in a hospitality environment
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience
- 1+ years of facilitating training in a multi-unit hospitality environment
- 2+ years of management experience in the hospitality industry
