• Oversee and manage department operations for multiple locations and complex customer requirements
• Monitor and manage performance, safety, and quality of a dedicated fleet of professional drivers
• Maintain customer relations and ensure effective communication regarding transportation activities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Valid CDL preferred
• 3+ years of transportation experience required
• Leadership experience required
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and Driver HOS necessary
