Order Management Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Management Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the order fulfillment process from order booking to delivery, including mentoring Offshore Team members
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal/external teams, ensuring timely product delivery
• Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements and identify improvements in fulfillment processes

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business or related field required; Bachelor's degree preferred or 2 years of related experience in lieu of degree
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Order Management required
• SAP or ERP experience strongly preferred
• Experience in consumer-packaged goods and supply chain is a plus
• Demonstrated professionalism and dependability
