Job Summary

A company is looking for a Virtual & Whole Health Practice Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for virtual team members and manage clinical and administrative staff
• Oversee practice workflows, client experience, scheduling, and billing inquiries
• Lead team meetings, training, and development initiatives while ensuring performance metrics are met

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, education, or healthcare administration or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years of experience in outpatient practice management, preferably in women's health or virtual settings
• Demonstrated program development capabilities and decision-making skills
• Proven ability to build and lead diverse teams and meet performance metrics
• Ability to represent organizational values effectively and professionally
