A company is looking for an Orders Fulfillment Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end coordination of customer SaaS provisioning and deprovisioning activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order execution and compliance
• Identify process improvements and support the development of best practices for order processing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in order processing, provisioning, or SaaS operations
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Experience, and Finance teams
• Ability to meet strict deadlines in a high-volume environment
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel
