Key Responsibilities

• Own the P&L across all regions, optimizing margin, CAC:LTV, fulfillment, and logistics
• Professionalize and scale the organization by clarifying roles, reducing complexity, and building high-performing teams
• Drive cross-functional execution across marketing, operations, product, and customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a COO, VP of Operations, General Manager, or similar role in a DTC or CPG brand
• Ability to combine big-picture thinking with a focus on process and execution
• Proven track record of building teams and holding P&L accountability
• Comfortable in high-velocity environments and adept at solving complex problems
• Demonstrates hunger, humility, and emotional intelligence
