A company is looking for an Executive Assistant responsible for providing advanced administrative support to two VPs.
Key Responsibilities
- Organizes and coordinates executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel
- Handles communications, composes correspondence, and prepares reports and presentation materials
- Supports project administration and provides direction to other administrative staff
Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of administrative/secretarial experience
- Two-year degree from a business or vocational school desired
- Advanced business computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple projects while prioritizing effectively
- Ability to maintain the integrity of sensitive/confidential information
