Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Operations Manager to oversee technical operations for Sales Engineering and Principal Engineering leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute technical operations strategies to meet sales engineering and principal engineering objectives
• Optimize technical operations processes, including pipeline management and resource allocation
• Analyze technical performance data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• At least 7 years of experience in technical operations or sales operations leadership roles
• Experience supporting global teams and collaborating with executive leadership
• Deep understanding of technical sales processes and related technologies
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and work effectively with diverse teams
