Key Responsibilities
- Provide reliable coverage for core workflows, including processing faxes, managing membership emails, investigating failed payments, and fulfilling product orders
- Support smaller projects such as process documentation, data entry, reporting, and workflow improvements when not providing coverage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and adapt to new workflows as needed
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in business operations, administrative support, or healthcare services
- Highly adaptable with the ability to quickly learn and switch between tasks
- Excellent organizational skills
- Bonus: experience in healthcare operations, billing, or patient/member support
