TPO Appraisal Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a TPO Appraisal Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor all appraisal orders delivered daily by AMCs
• Manually enter or update appraisal report information into Encompass as needed
• Maintain communication with Broker partners, Account Executives, Underwriters, and Closers regarding individual loan files

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of mortgage experience with Government, Conventional, and DU/LP
• General knowledge of mortgage products and processes
• Knowledge of RESPA requirements and Loan Estimate preparation and disclosure
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite and Encompass Loan Origination system is preferred
