Key Responsibilities

• Partner with technology leadership to develop and execute the digital roadmap aligned with payer priorities
• Drive prioritization and delivery of enterprise initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance
• Oversee the Digital Technology Office's operations, including staffing, budgeting, and program governance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business, Public Health, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• 12 years of relevant healthcare/digital transformation experience
• Proven leadership in healthcare, health insurance, or digital transformation roles
• Experience driving cross-functional collaboration in complex organizations
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and payer regulatory requirements
