Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Process Optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and create detailed end-to-end business process documentation for Operational teams and workflows
• Conduct gap analyses of existing processes and lead remediation efforts across cross-functional teams
• Manage third-party partners and oversee the Salesforce implementation for various operational functions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading program management teams and large-scale projects
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience
• Experience in synthesizing cross-functional business requirements into actionable roadmaps
• Ability to build trust and foster strong working relationships with stakeholders
• Self-starter with a high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity
