A company is looking for a Director of Business Process Optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and create detailed end-to-end business process documentation for Operational teams and workflows
- Conduct gap analyses of existing processes and lead remediation efforts across cross-functional teams
- Manage third-party partners and oversee the Salesforce implementation for various operational functions
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading program management teams and large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience
- Experience in synthesizing cross-functional business requirements into actionable roadmaps
- Ability to build trust and foster strong working relationships with stakeholders
- Self-starter with a high tolerance for ambiguity and complexity
