Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Corporate Processing Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the Corporate Loan Processing Team, including pipeline management, employee development, and performance management
• Respond to loan level and system questions, assist with escalations, and maintain communication with branch managers
• Oversee loan file quality, compliance with regulations, and ensure timely responses to emails and phone calls

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
• Prior Team Lead/Management experience
• Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
• Experience with Encompass
