Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Network to lead its provider network strategy and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the network strategy to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Lead the contracting function, including negotiation and execution for various healthcare providers
• Manage a team focused on provider contracting, credentialing, and performance oversight

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in senior network management or provider contracting leadership
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in network contracting or health plan operations
• Deep knowledge of Medicare Advantage and Medicaid network adequacy requirements
• Strong negotiation skills with a history of building collaborative provider relationships
• Experience with provider data management systems and network analytics
