Default Title Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Default Title Manager, CMS.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the servicing default title team, providing guidance and training
• Manage daily operations of the title process to ensure timely resolution of title issues
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for curing title defects and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Five plus (5+) years of Non-Foreclosure/Foreclosure/REO title curative experience
• One plus years in a supervisory role
• Extensive knowledge of Non-Foreclosure/Foreclosure/REO title curative processes
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
